Component Solutions
One of our main objectives is to provide our customers with a full range of solutions going beyond major aircraft maintenance. For this reason and taking into account that each part of an aircraft is essential to keep it flying, we offer a workshop with a full range of component solutions for Airbus and Boeing.
Committed to our customer’s sense of urgency, we are expanding our capacity in the components area in order to provide them with a wide array of solutions all within the same company, optimizing turnaround time. We want to be the ideal partner offering solutions for the diverse and multiple necessities encountered. Our diversity of services in the different component workshops allows us to offer solutions in areas such as avionics, Emergency equipment, Composites and others.
In Aeroman we are aware of the importance of new technologies in order to maintain quality in our services, but most importantly in the qualified workforce operating it. That’s why we focus on constantly training the personnel in each of the component areas. |

- Air Conditioning:
Cleaning, test, repair and overhaul for A320 Heat Exchangers, Reheaters, Condensers and Ozone Filters
- Emergency Equipment and Inflatables:
Test, repairs and overhaul for Slide Rafts, Offwing Slides and Slide Reservoir, including hydrostatic tests
- Avionics Equipment:
Test, repair for Video Displays, Passenger Control Units, Navigation Lights, Drain Masts, Cabin Handsets, Temperature Sensors, Ballast Units.
- Interior parts:
inspection, repair for Passenger Seats and Flight Crew Seats for Airbus and Boeing Fleets.
- Structural and Composite repairs on:
A320 Intake Cowls, Thrust Reversers, Radome, Passenger Doors, APU Diffuser Duct, etc.
